admin Indian Consular, passport, visa and attestation services in the UAE have been outsourced to Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC with effect from July 22, 2026, with services now being offered through 16 Indian Consular Application Centers (ICACs) located across the Emirates.
Under the new arrangement, all applicants are required to book appointments online through consularsevainuae.com. Appointment slots will be released twice daily at 9am and 9pm.
The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of India in Dubai clarified that these services will no longer be available at their respective premises, as all applications will be processed through the designated ICACs.
The service timing at all 16 Indian Consular Application Centers will be from 8am to 6pm. Applicants have been advised to fill in their details carefully while booking appointments and select the appropriate service category. Entry to the centres will be permitted only 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
In addition to the Government of India fees, which were revised with effect from July 1, 2026, applicants will be required to pay a service charge of Dhs19, inclusive of VAT, levied by the outsourced service provider, Al Hind Tours & Travels LLC.
The service charge covers ancillary services related to passport, visa and attestation applications, including form filling, photography, document typing, domestic courier service, printouts and photocopies. The mission also announced that applications for Tatkal passports, newborn cases, Emergency Certificates (EC), and senior citizens aged 60 years and above will continue to be accepted on a walk-in basis at all Indian Consular Application Centers on a first-come, first-served basis.
The move is aimed at streamlining the delivery of consular services through dedicated application centres across the UAE, offering applicants a single-window facility for passport, visa and attestation-related services.
