The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) clarified that it provides the service for attesting sick leaves and medical reports free of charge through its digital channels, including the website and smart application.
MOHAP clarified that sick leaves of 5 days or less are automatically attested, without the need to submit additional documents.
However, if the sick leave period exceeds 5 days, a copy of the sick leave and the medical report for the leave must be attached to complete the attestation procedures.
If the request is submitted by an accompanying person, he must attach proof of kinship in addition to a copy of the sick leave and the patient’s medical report.
