Dubai’s real estate market saw the sale of a luxury residential unit for Dhs112.6 million at the start of trading on Friday.
According to Dubai REST app, the apartment, which is located in Jumeirah 1 within the Solaya project, spans 15,348 square feet with an average price of Dhs7,337 per square foot.
