
European Union health ministers will hold an extraordinary meeting on Friday to discuss the developments of the Ebola outbreak in Central Africa.The meeting, which will be held via videoconference and was announced by the Cypriot Presidency of the European Union, is scheduled to discuss further preparedness measures and coordination among member states regarding the virus.The World Health Organization (WHO) had previously declared the disease outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda a Public Health Emergency of International Concern.
