The Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) has undertaken several road improvement projects to ease traffic congestion, and I am delighted to see the positive impact of these initiatives. The SRTA deserves appreciation for providing alternative routes that have made commuting much more convenient for motorists. Recently, I travelled to Dubai via the Safeer Mall route and was pleasantly surprised by the smooth flow of traffic along the new alternative roads. I drove to Dubai Metro’s Al Qusais station to pick up someone, and the journey was hassle-free.
After reading reports in newspapers about possible traffic disruptions, I was somewhat apprehensive before setting out. However, to my surprise, everything was well-organised and traffic moved smoothly. I travelled to Dubai and returned using my usual route without encountering any confusion or significant delays. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the authorities for making daily commuting easier and more efficient for residents. Their careful planning and timely execution of these projects have made a noticeable difference to motorists’ experiences.
