There’s even the suggestion that people should tan when the UV levels are at their highest. With all the information that’s available about skin health it is shocking to see something like this trend. Yet it comes at a price that is simply not worth paying.In reality a tan is your skin responding to damage caused by UV rays. There is no healthy tan, despite what influencers on social media might suggest.
