Election results

The President was booed at the NBA Finals, or at least on my TV but he said it was mostly cheers. I shouldn’t criticise, given my fading hearing, but then it doesn’t really matter if I miss something.

He seems to have misheard the 2000 election results as he still believes he won, others don’t think this.

He can’t seem to hear or acknowledge the cries of pain and sorry in the Mid East or Ukraine and other places of sadness.

The more worrying matter is that he won’t listen to his advisors or the team of supporters that always seems to be standing behind him. Admittedly many of them are in charge of areas where they have no experience or knowledge.

Many politicians don’t listen to the voters which really means they aren’t truly part of a democratic system. America and many other countries allow free speech and opposing viewpoints, it’s just a pity they aren’t heard.

Consider the likelihood that your personal voice will be heard, that is if you are allowed to speak, and will your views be considered.
