Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s film “Lagaan”completed 25 years this month. The cast and crew of the film are in celebration mode. I remember I was in college in Delhi and in the hostel eveybody talked about the film. Aamir was in a very different avatar. A few Hollywood actors were there in the film too. All the charcaters were different. Initially everybody thought who would go and watch the film. But it was the sheer magic of A.R.Rahman, which started attracting everyone and soon after the release of the film, it became a must-watch film of the year. I also watched the film twice and each time I went to watch I fell in love with it. Everything in the film was great, be it songs, dialogues or acting. It can be considered one of the best films of Aamir. With this film, director Ashutosh Gowariker managed to establish himself in the industry as well.
