These are the steps UAE authorities take in case a studen…

In the event that any suspected case of cheating or violation of examination regulations is detected among public school students and twelfth-grade students in private schools, procedures are taken starting with the observer documenting the time and day of the violation, then taking the suspected student from the examination hall to another supervised hall to verify there is actually a violation.

The violation is then documented and evidence related to the case is collected , including observations, photographs, and relevant documents, according to the approved forms, then the competent educational unit in the school administration is informed.

The competent authority then fills in a “Cheating or Examination Violation Report” form, and uploads it to “Tasaheel” platform designated for violations within two days.

The student’s guardian is then notified of the case, according to the Anti-Cheating and Examination System Violation Guide for 2025-2026.

If the student or his guardian refuses to sign the report, the phrase “refused to sign” is written in the form for the relevant authorities, whether the school operations sector or the concerned regulatory bodies and educational institutions, to verify the case and submit the necessary recommendations according to the approved procedures.
