
Abu Dhabi: On Thursday, Dubai and Al Ain experienced varying degrees of rainfall. Areas such as Al Marmoom, Murqab, Al Lisaili, and Al Habab in Dubai saw rain, with hail reported west of Al Marmoom.
In Al Ain, rain was observed in locations including east of Al Shuwaib, Al Heer, the Al Shuwaib-Al Khazna road, Khatm Al Shikla, and Saa.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicts rain in scattered areas of the UAE on Friday and Saturday, particularly in eastern and southern parts.
The weather on Friday is expected to be fair to partly cloudy, with a likelihood of cumulus clouds developing in the east and south during the afternoon, bringing along rain.
Humidity may increase from Friday night until Saturday morning along some coastal and inland areas, with a chance of light fog.
Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally becoming brisk and causing dust, originating from the southeast to northeast at speeds between 10 and 25 km/h, sometimes reaching up to 40 km/h. The Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman are anticipated to be calm.
