The Q-Mobility has announced Darb toll gates, which include Sas Al Nakhl, Al Maqtaa, Rabdan, and Saadiyat, will be exempt from charges on Friday (Aug.28) on the occasion the Prophet’s Muhammad (PBUH) birthday holiday of 1448 AH. Toll collection will resume as per the usual timetable on Saturday.
While the toll for the Al Qurm and Ghantoot gates will remain active around the clock at a rate of Dhs4 per crossing.
It has announced that public parking throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will be free on Friday, with the exception of multi-storey public parking facilities. Regular parking fees will be reinstated on Saturday, following the usual schedule and pricing.
Fees for multi-storey public parking will remain in effect around the clock at their standard rates.
As for the operating hours of its customer service centres in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, the company mentioned that these centres will be closed on Friday, and normal operations will resume on Monday.
Q-Mobility also assured that it will continue offering customer support 24/7 through its official digital channels, which include its website, the Darb app, and the TAMM platform.
