Sheikh Al Nuaimi said via the “X” platform: We have directed the exemption of Ajman citizens benefiting from Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme loans from the fees for releasing mortgages on their government housing, coinciding with the “Year of the Family”, to reduce financial burdens, support family stability, and facilitate the completion of property documentation procedures. We continue to develop government services which are easier and more efficient, bringing the service closer to citizens and support their quality of life and enhance their happiness.
