Dubai’s real estate market saw three plots of land in Saih Al Dahal area mortgaged for approximately Dhs4 billion at the start of trading on Tuesday.
According to Dubai REST app, the mortgaged plots of land are 193 million square feet in area with an average of Dhs20.5 per square foot.
On Tuesday morning, sales reached Dhs693 million across 296 transactions, while mortgages totaled approximately Dhs5 billion from 62 transactions and gifts Dhs157 million from 31 deals.
