Dubai’s real estate market witnessed a mortgage on a residential plot of land in Al Nahda 1 area for Dhs418 million during midday trading on Monday,
According to Dubai REST app, the mortgaged land is 45,620 square feet in area with an average price of Dhs9,163 per square foot.
Sales in the emirate totaled Dhs1.24 billion by midday, resulting from 741 transactions, while mortgages totaled Dhs838.4 million across 153 transactions and gifts totaled Dhs322 million in 21 deals.
