Dubai’s real estate market saw the sale of a commercial office in the Business Bay area for Dhs69 million during midday trading on Monday.
According to Dubai Land Department’s Dubai REST app, the office, which is located within the Lumena by Omniyat project, spans 11,300 square feet with an average price of Dhs6,085 per square foot.
Total sales in the emirate reached Dhs667 million, resulting from 212 transactions, while mortgages totaled Dhs144 million across 66 deals and gifts Dhs242 million from 47 transactions.
