Family support projects on top as Beit Al Khair spends ov…

Following the success of its Ramadan campaign for 2026, during which it spent Dhs68.9 million in the first three months of 2026, “Beit Al Khair Society” announced its April expenditure, which exceeded Dhs13.6 million, bringing this 2026’s total expenditure up to the end of the fourth month to Dhs82.5 million.

The Society is keen to publicise its financial data out of transparency and commitment to corporate governance rules, having obtained an ISO certificate in this field in 2025.

The expenditure is distributed as Dhs8 million from Zakat funds and Dhs5.6 million from charity funds, most of which went to support low-income families.

The largest portion of April 2026 expenditure went to humanitarian support for emergency cases, as the volume of emergency aid provided by “Beit Al Khair” to alleviate distress for beneficiaries amounted to Dhs8.9 million, while the total spent to support needy patients through the “Treatment” project amounted to Dhs2.4 million.

Family support topped the package of new projects that “Bayt Al Khair” started implementing in the “Year of the Family,” with the total cash assistance distributed to registered families in April amounting to 721,000.

Orphan families received cash assistance worth Dhs541,000, in addition to supporting people of determination with Dhs114,000.

Food support provided to families in the fourth month amounted to Dhs465,900, and the education of their children was supported with Dhs392,490.

The Society is preparing to implement Al Adahi project to distribute ample portions of meat to eligible families with the upcoming Eid Al-Adha.
