Dubai Police arrested a driver who removed his vehicle’s front number plate and deliberately jumped a red light at excessive speed, demonstrating a blatant disregard for road safety and road users.
A fine of Dhs50,000 will be imposed for the release of the impounded vehicle in line with decree no. 30 for 2023 concerning vehicle impoundment.
