The Organising Committee for Arabian Horse Show has announced the programme for the Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship 2026, marking its 23rd consecutive edition.

The event will be held at Zabeel Halls (4 and 5) at the Dubai World Trade Centre from April 3 to 5, 2026.

The championship will begin on Friday, April 3, with the preliminary classes for female horses starting at 2pm. A total of 63 horses will compete across four classes, some of which are divided into categories (A) and (B), bringing the total number of classes on the day to six.

The competition will continue on Saturday, April 4, with the preliminary classes for male horses kicking off at 12pm.

It will feature 92 horses competing across six classes, with certain classes split into categories (A) and (B), increasing the total number of classes to eight.

The championship will conclude on Sunday, April 5, with the final championship classes for horses that qualified from the preliminary rounds, starting at 3pm

The committee noted that the programme reflects the championship’s high level of professional organization and its prestigious international reputation, ensuring strong competition among some of the finest Arabian horses in the world.

Qusai Obaidallah, Director General of the championship, confirmed that organizing the event in this format aims to ensure a professional structure that matches its global stature, guarantees the highest levels of competition among participating horses, and further strengthens Dubai’s position as a global destination for hosting leading events dedicated to Purebred Arabian horses.
