President Trump has declared that Gavin Newsom, the California Governor, cannot be president due to his “learning disability.” Newsom has dyslexia, a fairly common condition that makes reading more difficult. The reality however is that a number of presidents, all considered better than him, have had medical concerns and yet could do the job.
