
Dubai’s real estate market witnessed the sale of two luxury apartments in Jumeirah 2 area for a total value of approximately Dhs147 million during Friday’s trading session.
According to Dubai REST app, the two apartments are located within the Aman Residences Dubai project with an estimated area of 11,890 square feet and an average price of Dhs12,352 per foot.
The same project on Thursday saw a record-breaking deal for a luxury apartment worth Dhs356.2 million. The apartment spanned 31,200 square feet with an average of Dhs11,417 per square foot.
The strong demand for luxury residential units in Dubai reflects the level of investment confidence that foreigners have in Dubai’s economy and real estate, amid ongoing geopolitical tensions in the region.
Real estate sales totaled Dhs1 billion on mid-Friday, resulting from 331 transactions, while mortgages amounted to Dhs138.4 million from 37 transactions and gifts Dhs8.25 million from 4 transactions.
