Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) announced that it reopened the city’s parks to the public, calling on everyone to enjoy pleasant times in its beautiful atmosphere and integrated facilities.
Parks provide an ideal environment for picnics and family activities but healthy procedures and regulations must be adhered to in order to ensure a safe experience for everyone, SCM said.
Some parks would remain temporarily closed until the necessary maintenance work were completed, SCM added, stressing the importance of following official announcements to learn about the opening dates of these parks.
This step came as part of SCM’s ongoing efforts to enhance green infrastructure in the city and provide integrated recreational facilities that meet the needs of the entire community.
