Sharjah City Municipality on Monday announced the closure of all the city’s parks and affiliated medical fitness centres would be closed until the current weather conditions stabilized.
Any updates about resumed operations would be announced later, it added.
Based on its keenness on ensuring their safety, the municipality urged everyone to take caution and stay away from large puddles.
Motorists are also urged to be careful, drive safely on the roads and avoid speeding.
