Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has affirmed that public safety is a top priority in the emirate, noting that graffiti or vandalism of roads, buildings and other public property in any form is a violation of regulations and laws.

The RTA explained that such actions cause damage to public property and pose a risk to the safety of road users, residents and visitors to the emirate.

Those who commit such acts may face legal consequences including jail terms and fines, it added.
