On Thursday, an apartment in “Aman Residence” project, known as “Penthouse” and owned by H&H Development, was sold for Dhs422 million. The apartment has an area of 31,200.59 square feet, and the price per square foot reached Dhs13,525.38, according to Dubai REST data.
This apartment is located on Jumeirah Beach and consists of 6 bedrooms, considered the third most expensive apartment in the Emirate’s history.
