Al Hamriya Municipality honoured Bee’ah employees in appreciation of their honesty and dedication in performing their professional duty in a bid to consolidate the culture of positive behaviour and social responsibility in a spiritual atmosphere that is in harmony with the meanings of the holy month of Ramadan.
The honouring ceremony, which took place yesterday morning, came after a cleaning worker found a mobile phone while performing his duty in a public site and rushed to hand it over to the competent authorities.
Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriya Municipality, honoured the worker along with other workers in appreciation of their pivotal role in serving the community and preserving public and private property.
Such initiatives aim to promote a culture of honesty and discipline and motivate employees to abide by professional and humanitarian values, he said.
Al Shamsi praised Bee’ah’s constant co-operation and commitment to establishing a system of positive values and behaviours among its employees in line with the principles of social responsibility.
