Actress Taryn Manning was facing legal issues in court weeks before her epic fight with her on-again, off-again girlfriend, Holly Hartman, TMZ has learned.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the “8 Mile” actress was sued by a company named PDS Adjustment for breach of contract in January 2026.

Per an agreement between the parties, Taryn was allegedly supposed to pay the company 20% of any payment she received from her insurance company over water loss at her $1.3 million mansion in Palm Springs, California.
The company said Taryn failed to pony up the dough and sued, demanding $37,140 in damages.
As TMZ first reported, Taryn and her girlfriend, Holly, got into a fight over the weekend, which was captured on camera. The two got into it inside a recording studio in Palm Springs, but cops were not called.
In a video response to the incident, Taryn admits violence is never the answer but she insists Holly is no victim — claiming she took part in trashing her car, allegedly smashing her windshield and slashing her tires.
Taryn goes on to say Holly has been “living in my office because she’s homeless.”
