The Texas judge going viral for being super rude to an IT worker looks like he was deep in the red last year … he reportedly filed for bankruptcy and listed over $75K in debt, TMZ has confirmed.
Judge Nathan J. Milliron — who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court — filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in May 2025 in Texas … according to KPRC 2 in Houston.
Chapter 13 means Milliron is planning to pay back his creditors, and just wants to set up a payment plan with the court.
Among Milliron’s reported debts … over $39K to American Express, over $21K to Chase, nearly $7K to Bank of America and over $5K to Discover.
Watch this pompous, arrogant judge with his elitist attitude berate an IT worker who was trying to help him.

Milliron’s case was reportedly dismissed the month after he filed … because the court said he failed to comply with court orders. At the time, he was still on the hook for the debt.
Milliron was voted into his position and began a 4-year term in early 2025.
