Dubai’s real estate market on Friday saw a major land gift transaction for a plot in Al Hebiah Second area valued at Dhs312.4 million.
According to Dubai REST app, the gifted land is one million square feet in area with an average price of Dhs300 per square foot.
Weekend sales totaled Dhs1.4 billion across 485 transactions, while mortgages amounted to Dhs182.7 million from 97 deals and gifts totaled Dhs402 million across 12 transactions.
