“Below Deck” star Trevor Walker begged the police not to take him into custody before his DUI arrest, TMZ has learned.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Trevor was pulled over for driving 75 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.
The officer noted that Trevor’s car, a red Chevrolet Silverado, almost hit his patrol car when Trevor crossed over the center divider and drove right at the officer’s car, forcing the cop to swerve out of the way.
The report said he pulled Trevor over. The officer claimed Trevor “immediately became defensive and began asking ‘for a break.’”
The officer told Trevor he almost hit him, but Trevor told the officer, “That’s not true.”
The officer said it took Trevor a while to find his wallet, even though it was in his back pocket. Per the report, Trevor allegedly continued to ask for a “break” and told the officer he didn’t live far away, and asked the officer to drive him home.
The report said Trevor was “visibly frustrated” and stated he was “f****ed.” During questioning, he admitted that he had prior DUIs and did not have a valid license.
The report said Trevor’s eyes were “glossed over, watery, and his pupils were extremely dilated and not reactive to my flashlight.”
As TMZ first reported, Trevor was arrested by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office on Monday for DUI. He was released hours later after posting bond.
Trevor starred on season four of the Bravo reality show. He was infamously scolded by Captain Lee Rosbach.
Sources close to Trevor tell us … according to Trevor, he was pulled over for speeding and insists he was not under the influence, but claims officers still pressured him into field sobriety tests he doesn’t trust.
Our sources tell us Trevor believes he was unfairly targeted due to a prior DUI and a suspended license, despite having no current conviction and what he says is zero evidence against him, and denies partying … claiming he plans on fighting the DUI accusation while focusing on being a dedicated father since leaving Bravo TV.
