A driver managed to escape unharmed before his vehicle was swept away by flash floods in the Al Halah area of Dibba Al Fujairah in an incident that highlighted the dangers of attempting to cross overflowing valleys.
Fujairah Police urge the public to abide by the instructions and guidelines issued by the competent authorities and to avoid crossing valleys while they are flowing, due to the imminent danger they pose to lives and property.
Stressing that the safety of members of society is a top priority, Fujairah Police called on everyone to be cautious and vigilant and to co-operate with the concerned authorities in order to enhance security and public safety.
