Sharjah Police General Command announced the reopening of Al Azwa (Suhaila) Street in Al Dhaid City for traffic in both directions, following its temporary closure caused by heavy rainfall and flash floods.
The authorities also called on the public to remain vigilant during rainy conditions and to stay away from wadis and dams to prioritize safety.
Stay indoors
The Sharjah Police General Command has also called on the public to remain indoors and venture out only when absolutely essential due to the prevailing weather conditions.
They further recommended that motorists ensure their vehicles are in proper working condition and strictly follow traffic regulations.
