Great time

While growing up in 90s I got to watch films like “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayeinge,” “Baazigar,” “Darr,” “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai,” “Saudagar,” “Baghban,” “Aankhein,” and “Dil.” I remember almost every films of 90s were peppered with entertainment, great songs, values and morality. We would watch films with whole family in cinema halls. But these days Bollywood films have become little different.

We as a family have to be very careful for picking up a film. Lots of violence and bad languages have become a fashion and such films are doing great at the box office too. So don’t know where we are heading now. The essence of Bollywood films are waning day by day. It is the values and wonderful stories which even helped Bollywood films to even cross boundaries. Many of my Egyptian, Moroccan and Lebanese friends grew up watching Bollywood films and they admire Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjeev Kumar, Salman Khan, and Rekha.
