Villa in Dubai World Islands sold for Dhs220 million

Dubai’s real estate market saw the sale of a villa for Dhs220 million at the start of trading on Thursday.

According to data from Dubai Land Department, the sold villa, part of Amali project, is located in The World Islands and spans 58,081 square feet with an average price of Dhs3,787 per square foot.

Sales in the first few hours of Thursday totalled Dhs605 million across 158 transactions.

On the other hand, Dubai’s real estate market witnessed a significant milestone on Thursday with the sale of a land plot in Al Sufouh Gardens for Dhs705 million.

Data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) reveals that the plot spans an expansive 85,080 square feet, with the average price calculated at Dhs12,138 per square foot.

Despite the ongoing regional tensions, Dubai’s real estate market continues to demonstrate robust investment demand for residential units, villas, and land. This strong level of activity highlights the solid confidence foreign investors place in Dubai’s real estate sector and the broader UAE market.

Early Thursday trading showcased this momentum with the sale of a villa priced at Dhs220 million. Situated on The World Islands as part of the Amali Island project, the villa covers an impressive 58,081 square feet, averaging Dhs3,787 per square foot.
