Dubai’s real estate market witnessed a significant milestone on Thursday with the sale of a land plot in Al Sufouh Gardens for Dhs705 million.

Data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) reveals that the plot spans an expansive 85,080 square feet, with the average price calculated at Dhs12,138 per square foot.

Despite the ongoing regional tensions, Dubai’s real estate market continues to demonstrate robust investment demand for residential units, villas, and land. This strong level of activity highlights the solid confidence foreign investors place in Dubai’s real estate sector and the broader UAE market.

Early Thursday trading showcased this momentum with the sale of a villa priced at Dhs220 million. Situated on The World Islands as part of the Amali Island project, the villa covers an impressive 58,081 square feet, averaging Dhs3,787 per square foot.
