The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs–Dubai (GDRFA) underscored the importance of protecting personal data, urging customers to be wary of unknown contacts that might request sensitive information such as ID number, passport numbers or one-time passwords (OTPs).
GDRFA also underlined the importance of communicating only through official and approved channels to ensure information security and data integrity.
