Dubai’s real estate market saw the sale of two luxury residential units in Jumeirah 2 for a total of Dhs112.3 million at the start of trading on Tuesday.
According to Dubai REST app, the two units are located within the Aman Residences Dubai project, spanning 7,651 square feet, with an average price of Dhs29,300 per square foot.
One of the apartments, a two-bedroom unit, was sold for Dhs57.6 million, while the second, also a two-bedroom unit, was sold for Dhs55 million.
As of midday Tuesday, total sales reached Dhs519 million across 265 transactions, while mortgages amounted to Dhs111.4 million in 41 deals and gifts totaled Dhs6 million from three transactions.
