Dubai’s real estate transactions on Wednesday included a sale and mortgage deal for two plots of land in Arjan and Al Khail Heights areas, for Dhs233 million, according to data from Dubai REST app.
The data showed a sale of a plot of land in Arjan measuring 6,577 square meters (approximately 70,800 square feet)for Dhs110 million with an average price of around Dhs16,700 per square meter.
Al Khail Heights also saw a mortgage transaction for a plot of land measuring 8,442.92 square meters (approximately 90,800 square feet) for Dhs123 million with a price of Dhs14,568.42 per square metre.
