Dubai’s real estate market on Friday witnessed a major deal with the sale of a luxury unit on Palm Jumeirah for Dhs76 million.
According to Dubai REST app, the luxury apartment is located in the Orla Infinity by Omniyat project and spans 7,680 square feet with an average price of Dhs9,864 per square foot.
Friday’s midday sales totalled Dhs1.3 billion across 426 transactions, while mortgages amounted to Dhs408.5 million from 134 deals and gifts totaled Dhs133.3 million across 40 transactions.
