The Dubai real estate market recorded a major sale deal for a luxury unit in Dubai Silicon Oasis for Dhs100 million in the middle of trading on Monday.
According to Dubai Rest app, the sold apartment, which is located within the Silicon Star 2 project, is 1,270 square feet in area with an average price of Dhs79,000 per foot.
In Jumeirah Bay, a large mortgage deal was recorded for a completed villa for Dhs122.5 million. The villa extends over an area of 15,816 square feet with an average price of Dhs7,745 per square foot.
Sales totalled Dhs1.8 billion as a result of 625 transactions, while mortgages totalled Dhs649 million from 167 transactions and gifts Dhs151 million from 28 transactions.
