The complainant stated that the woman purchased 349 SIM cards worth Dhs14,000, with the agreement to pay for them later, but she refused to pay, which caused him damages.
The judge administered the decisive oath to the complainant, who took it in its required form. The court then found that the oath settled the dispute, so the court ordered the defendant to pay Dhs14,000 to the appellant and Dhs1,000 as compensation after causing psychological and material damages to the complainant.
