Dubai’s real estate market saw the sale of a plot of land in the Trade Centre First area for Dhs1.1 billion during midday trading on Wednesday.
According to Dubai REST app, the sold plot is 25,000 square feet in area with an average price of Dhs44,000 per square foot.
In mortgage transactions, a plot of land in Trade Centre First area spanning 25,000 square feet was mortgaged for Dhs770 million with an average price of Dhs30,800 per square foot.
In gift transactions, a plot of land in Wadi Al Safa 3 spanning 22,800 square feet was gifted for Dhs110 million with an average price of Dhs4,823 per square foot.
