“We also commend the significant improvement and development achieved by Emirates Post team in developing its services and expediting its procedures that enabled it to win in this edition. With this recognition, we announce today the next phase of the Zero Bureaucracy Programme using Agentic AI, a new phase for entities and teams aimed at further streamlining procedures and building a faster, smarter and more efficient government using modern technologies,” he added.
