Under the patronage and in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum، The ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of personalities and investors, along with representatives from the “Construction and Real Estate Development Arab Union”, affiliated with the Specialized Arab Federations Forum under the League of Arab States, as well as key real estate officials—highlighting the project’s importance within Dubai’s urban development landscape.
The project aligns with a forward-looking urban vision aimed at enhancing quality of life through designs that promote urban well-being and align with Dubai’s direction toward building more sustainable cities. Real estate development is no longer just about construction, but a comprehensive industry centered around people and their environment.
Mohamed Adib Hijazi, Chairman of HRE Development, stated that the pace of achievement in the UAE reflects a mature investment environment. He noted that Dubai has established a global model for commitment to deadlines and operational discipline. He added that delivering the project ahead of schedule reflects a precise integration between planning and execution efficiency—one of the most critical challenges in today’s competitive markets.
He further emphasized that Dubai’s flexible regulatory environment and advanced infrastructure have directly contributed to enhancing project management efficiency and strengthening investor confidence both locally and internationally, ensuring that the emirate remains a global hub attracting capital.
In recognition of this achievement, HRE was awarded a prestigious and high-level medal presented by the “Construction and Real Estate Development Arab Union”, to leading pioneers in the sector. The award, titled “The Premier Achievement Medal for Real Estate – 2026,” was presented by Salah El Dine Al Badri and Ahmed Salman Al-Salman, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union,to Mohammad Adib Hijazi, in appreciation of the company’s commitment to project timelines in line with the highest professional standards.
Salah El Dine Al Badri, Secretary General of the Construction and Real Estate Development Arab Union, confirmed that granting the medal was in recognition of HRE’s early delivery of the “SkyHills Residences 1” project—six months ahead of schedule—demonstrating high efficiency in planning and precision in execution. He added that the introduction of the “Premier Achievement Medal for Real Estate – 2026” aligns with the Union’s direction to highlight leading models and high-impact projects in the Arab real estate sector.
He also noted that since its establishment in 2002, the Union has continued to support the construction and development sector as a key pillar of sustainable growth, while strengthening partnerships that drive comprehensive urban development across the Arab world.
Looking ahead, HRE revealed its intention to adopt the concept of “Smart Sustainability” in its upcoming projects by integrating advanced technological solutions into management and operations. This approach aligns with global trends and enhances investment value, building on the company’s legacy of more than three decades focused on transforming commitment into tangible results that reflect execution excellence and decision-making precision.
It is worth noting that the “SkyHills Residences 1” project consists of two high-rise towers—the first rising 42 floors and the second 35 floors—making it an architectural landmark within Dubai Science Park.
While the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) had set October 2026 as the final delivery date, HRE successfully began handovers during the ceremony held on April 20, 2026—six full months ahead of schedule—demonstrating exceptional efficiency in managing large-scale construction projects.
The project offers a unique living experience that blends luxury with smart technology. Fully furnished units include Alexa-enabled smart home systems and premium Teka appliances. The community is enriched with features such as an artificial river, a beach-style swimming pool, and BBQ areas designed for family gatherings, surrounded by landscaped green spaces with rare imported trees.
