The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted pleasant weather conditions across the UAE, with intermittent rain expected to begin at dawn on Thursday and continue through Monday.

According to the NCM, rainfall will generally range from light to moderate across different regions, though some areas, particularly in the western and eastern parts of the country, may experience heavy downpours.

The NCM reassured that it is monitoring weather conditions around the clock and will provide timely updates to keep the public informed.

For Thursday, the weather forecast includes partly cloudy to cloudy skies at times, accompanied by the formation of some cumulus clouds and scattered showers. Winds are expected to be light to moderate, blowing from a northeasterly to southeasterly direction, occasionally picking up speed to become brisk, ranging between 10–25 km/h and reaching up to 35 km/h. The sea conditions will vary from slight to moderate in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.

The NCM has also predicted that the temperatures on Thursday will be in the range of 22-27°C in Abu Dhabi, 20-27°C in Dubai, 20-27°C in Sharjah, 20-26°C in Ajman, 19-27°C in Umm Al Quwain, 20-28°C in Ras Al Khaimah, 23-31°C in Fujairah, 20-27°C in Al Ain, 18-29°C in Liwa, 21-30°C in Al Ruwaise, 20-31°C in Al Sila and 21-27°C in Delma.

Friday’s weather is expected to vary between partly cloudy and overcast at intervals, accompanied by the formation of some cumulus clouds and the possibility of rain in scattered areas across the country. Temperatures are anticipated to increase in certain regions. Winds will predominantly blow from the northeast to southeast, ranging from light to moderate in intensity, occasionally picking up and causing dust disturbances. Speeds are forecasted between 10 to 25 km/h, with gusts reaching up to 40 km/h. Sea conditions will generally be slight to moderate in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.

For Saturday’s weather, the forecast indicates partly cloudy to cloudy conditions at intervals, with the possibility of cumulus clouds and scattered rain across certain areas of the country. Winds are expected to range from northeasterly to southeasterly, generally light to moderate, but occasionally turning active and causing dust to rise, with speeds between 15 and 25 km/h, reaching up to 40 km/h at times. Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf will vary from slight to moderate, occasionally turning rough with cloud activity, while the Sea of Oman will experience slight to moderate waves.

Sunday’s weather is expected to range from partly cloudy to overcast at intervals, accompanied by the presence of cumulus clouds and a possibility of scattered rainfall across various parts of the country.

Winds are predicted to blow from the northeast to southeast, generally light to moderate in intensity, but may occasionally pick up speed, causing dust to rise and reducing horizontal visibility.

Wind speeds are expected to range between 10 and 25 km/h, potentially reaching up to 40 km/h at times. The sea conditions will vary between moderate and rough with cloud cover over the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
