DUBAI: Dubai welcomed an exciting boxing event by Batl Boxing Promotions, featuring four WBA titles and three UBO titles.
The bouts were supervised by Jose Mohan from the Middle East Professional Boxing Commission, ensuring a high standard of professionalism.
The two consecutive boxing events held in Dubai on Friday and Saturday, reinforced the city’s growing presence in the regional and international boxing landscape.
The first event, titled Night of Champions, held at The Pavilion, Emirates Golf Club.
The fight card featured six titles across multiple governing bodies, including the World Boxing Association (WBA) and Universal Boxing Organization (UBO), alongside regional belts.
The second event, Fight City, was focused on emerging talent and prospects.
In total six titles included the WBA International Bantamweight, the WBA Continental Super Lightweight, the WBA Asia & Middle East Super Middleweight, the WBA Continental Heavyweight, in addition to two UBO titles were decided during the bouts.
The organizing committee expressed gratitude to James Cormack for his dedication and tireless efforts in making the event a success. Appreciation was also extended to the Dubai Sports Council and the passionate boxing fans in Dubai, whose enthusiasm contributed significantly to the success of the evening.
